But PKR Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

By registering an account, logging in or placing any wager on the but pkr platform (available at butpkr.bet), you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and but pkr.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of but pkr after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. The most current version is always available at this page.

To open and maintain an account with but pkr, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. But pkr strictly prohibits access by persons under 18. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing but pkr is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or family member of a but pkr employee in a role that creates a conflict of interest.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.

But pkr reserves the right to request proof of age, identity and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restriction or closure pending review.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account on but pkr. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these terms. All accounts found to be duplicates will be closed and any associated balances will be voided.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a date of birth that truthfully reflects your actual age. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. But pkr will never ask for your full password by any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact but pkr support immediately via the in-app chat or email.

All deposits to your but pkr account are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). But pkr accepts deposits through the following payment channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT and debit/credit cards (Visa and Mastercard issued by Pakistani banks).

The minimum single deposit is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit enforced by but pkr, though your payment provider's own limits may apply. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• But pkr does not charge deposit fees. However, your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once the funds have cleared to your but pkr balance. Contact support immediately if a deposit was made incorrectly.
• But pkr reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposit patterns as part of its compliance obligations.

You may withdraw your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering best practices.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Requests that trigger compliance review may take up to 48 hours while documentation is assessed.

• You may only withdraw to a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. The specific requirements are stated at the time the bonus is offered.
• But pkr does not charge withdrawal fees. Standard mobile wallet transfer charges may apply at your provider's end.
• If a withdrawal request is declined, but pkr will provide a written explanation within 24 hours.
• Multiple consecutive withdrawals of amounts just below identification thresholds are flagged as structuring behaviour and may trigger a compliance hold.

But pkr regularly offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, tournament prizes and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the point of offer — these terms always supersede the general provisions in this section where there is a conflict.

General bonus conditions applicable across all but pkr promotions:

• Each player is entitled to claim a specific bonus only once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside the applicable wagering requirement process.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time window specified for each bonus. Uncompleted requirements cause the bonus and any associated winnings to expire.
• But pkr reserves the right to void bonus rewards if fraudulent or coordinated play patterns are identified — including chip dumping, collusion or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics.
• Referring a friend earns you the stated reward only when your referred friend completes a qualifying deposit within 30 days of registration. Bonuses generated through self-referral or use of the same device are voided.

But pkr does not use hidden wagering requirements. Every bonus page on the platform displays the full rollover condition in a prominent location before you confirm the claim.

All games available on but pkr are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. In the event of a conflict between those game-specific rules and these general terms, the game-specific rules apply to that game.

But pkr uses a certified random number generator (RNG) for all non-live games. For eligible crash and dice titles, Provably Fair technology is implemented — allowing any player to independently verify the fairness of any outcome after it has been settled.

• Return-to-player (RTP) rates for each game are published in the respective game information panel. The platform average RTP is approximately 97%.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game — including disconnection, server error or display glitch — the outcome recorded by but pkr's server is the official result. The displayed result on your device at the point of fault is not binding.
• Bets placed after a game round has closed due to error will be voided and stakes returned.
• But pkr reserves the right to void any bet placed as part of an identified error in odds, a system miscalculation or technical malfunction that created an abnormal betting opportunity.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the but pkr platform. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, misrepresenting your age or creating accounts on behalf of third parties.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, chip dump or share account information to gain an unfair advantage in any game — including Ludo, Roulette or Card Games.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, or coordinating with others to extract bonus value through artificial play patterns.
• Money laundering: Using but pkr to deposit and withdraw funds for the purpose of legitimising money derived from illegal activity. But pkr actively monitors for and reports suspicious transaction patterns.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros or any automated tool to play games or interact with the but pkr platform in a way that circumvents normal human play.
• Hacking or system exploitation: Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit vulnerabilities in or gain unauthorised access to any part of the but pkr infrastructure.
• Underage play: Accessing the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by a person under 18.

But pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested identity, age or source-of-funds documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive or suspicious activity as determined by but pkr's compliance team.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming provisions.
• Legal requirement or instruction from a regulatory authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed, the remaining PKR balance will be returned to the payment method on file within 5 business days of the investigation conclusion.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting but pkr support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any available balance at the time of closure will be returned in full, subject to standard identity verification.

But pkr collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices at but pkr include:

• Your personal data is used only for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions and complying with legal obligations.
• But pkr does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Transaction data is retained for a minimum of 5 years in compliance with applicable financial regulations.
• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data but pkr holds about you at any time by contacting our support team.

But pkr is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We recognise that for some players, gaming can become a problem — and we take our obligation to provide tools and support seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to every but pkr account holder at all times, at no cost and with immediate effect when activated:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amount that but pkr's system will enforce automatically.
• Session time limits: Receive a notification or automatic logout after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Loss limits: Set a cap on the total amount you can lose in a given period before being prompted to stop or take a break.
• Self-exclusion: Request temporary (30-day minimum) or permanent exclusion from the but pkr platform. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reopened regardless of request — the cooling-off period must be respected in full.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net result to date.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, but pkr's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

But pkr shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or opportunity arising from your use of the platform.
• Technical interruptions, server downtime or connectivity issues outside but pkr's direct control.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers — including delays or rejections by Easypaisa, JazzCash or any bank.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Indirect, consequential or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in this section limits but pkr's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable Pakistani law.

But pkr reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, but pkr will notify registered players by email or in-app notification at least 7 days before the updated terms take effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you should close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the effective date.
